Sriram is a software development manager on the Store Technology team and has been associated with 7-Eleven for over 6 years. During that time, he has had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. He credits that to the fast-paced nature of retail that has taught him invaluable lessons in problem-solving and leadership along with an amazing team who is passionate about delivering excellent service around the clock.   One of his most rewarding projects was an initiative aimed at replacing the legacy handheld devices in all stores with modern devices equipped with latest technology. However, with the leadership vision, it transformed into a pivotal platform to deliver essential initiatives to stores with a faster pace.
