World Autism Awareness Day is for everyone, including autistic individuals, their families, caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, and the general public. This day aims to raise awareness about autism, promote understanding and acceptance, and encourage support. We are honored to share and highlight the stories, strength, and resilience of the 29 Acres community all month long. We are so proud to be a part of this vibrant community and to support the ongoing journey of acceptance, understanding, and inclusion. #29Acres #Inclusion

A huge thank you to the members of Kind Theory for hosting such a meaningful event and Samar Waqar for inviting 29 Acres to be one of the speakers. The work you do is truly inspiring, and I’m honored to be part of it. At Collaborative Inclusion, every conversation emphasized that real change happens when we engage and create solutions together. I’m beyond grateful for the chance to connect with like-minded individuals and share insights on how we can foster inclusivity in the workplace. It’s essential for employers to understand that hiring neurodiverse individuals isn’t a challenge—it’s an opportunity for growth and innovation. “Access is a basic human right.” This quote really stuck with me during the Collaborative Inclusion event this past weekend because it’s something we often find ourselves fighting for. As a disability advocate, I’m often reminding employers that access should never be a privilege—it must be a given. I truly commend the companies who are already prioritizing diversity and inclusivity in their organizations, and I look forward to continuing to work with those who are open and eager to learn how to be more inclusive. Inclusion doesn’t hurt anyone—it’s the closed-mindedness that limits us. Let’s be more open-minded and choose to knock down employment barriers for individuals with disabilities! #Inclusion #29Acres
