The Social Circle is a safe, welcoming space where your loved ones can connect, thrive, and build friendships, all while you enjoy some well-deserved, guilt-free time for yourself. While you take a break, your loved one will be surrounded by care, support, and fun. Each session offers a unique theme with dinner, social games, and activities that encourage growth and create a sense of belonging. The work you do is truly inspiring, and I’m honored to be part of it. At Collaborative Inclusion, every conversation emphasized that real change happens when we engage and create solutions together. I’m beyond grateful for the chance to connect with like-minded individuals and share insights on how we can foster inclusivity in the workplace. It’s essential for employers to understand that hiring neurodiverse individuals isn’t a challenge—it’s an opportunity for growth and innovation. “Access is a basic human right.” This quote really stuck with me during the Collaborative Inclusion event this past weekend because it’s something we often find ourselves fighting for. As a disability advocate, I’m often reminding employers that access should never be a privilege—it must be a given. I truly commend the companies who are already prioritizing diversity and inclusivity in their organizations, and I look forward to continuing to work with those who are open and eager to learn how to be more inclusive.
