When tragedy strikes, the effects are swift and devastating. The 100 Club of Arizona recognizes the need to respond immediately with support and understanding. Whatever the need – financial assistance, or advisory and emotional support, the 100 Club of Arizona's mission is to ease the pain of the family of those in Public Safety who are injured or killed in the line-of-duty. The 100 Club has added new benefit programs to enhance the safety and welfare of public safety personnel, their families, and agencies across Arizona. 100 Club's programs include: Peer 100, H.E.R.O.S., Safety Enhancement Stipends, and a Scholarship Program. ⭐️Leadership Announcement!⭐️ 🚨 Melissa Kowalski has accepted the role of CEO for the 100 Club of Arizona. Melissa brings 18 years of experience in the nonprofit sector along with a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Arizona State University. Earlier in her career, she focused on prevention programs that partner with local public safety agencies to improve communities. As CEO of the 100 Club, Melissa is responsible for leading the organization in mission fulfillment. As a longtime supporter of the 100 Club, Melissa began with the organization as a volunteer in 2014, focusing on the scholarship program. She served as the Chief Program Officer from 2021 to early 2025. Melissa is married to a Chandler firefighter, together they have three young children.
