Qué punto mas interesante y desafiante al momento de liderar, me gusta remplazar la palabra entrevista por conversación, al momento de generar ese espacio de confianza en un equipo implica un enfoque de escucha genuina y colaboración. No se trata de convencer, sino de entender profundamente a las personas. Mostrar empatía, interés al reconocer sus perspectivas y emociones: “Veo que esto es importante para ti, cuéntame más”, escuchar sus motivaciones y preocupaciones, a lo que comparten, validando su experiencia. Cuando los miembros sienten que son escuchados sin juicio y que sus opiniones importan, se abre un espacio de confianza y respeto mutuo.
