Just an idea coming from someone with no experience. I would be relying more on an online system for managing patients. An online portal or software that will help patients to fill out the simple questionnaire (language compatible) before visiting the doctor's office so when the patient is in the clinic, the physician will have an idea of their condition and can ask specific questions related to the patient's condition. This will not reduce the time significantly but will streamline the process; same for follow-ups. A portal should also hold patient information like physical activities, demographics, past conditions, helping with appointments, billing, and insurance. More like an AI model that will help physicians and patients both.

In a busy clinic, I will implement an appointment system to streamline scheduling and reduce wait times. Additionally, the number of doctors should be adjusted based on patient flow to ensure efficient and timely care. In my case, I exclusively offer online appointments with dedicated time slots for reviewing patient documents and meeting with them. This structured approach allows me to manage the patient flow efficiently and ensure thorough, timely consultations.
