Managing instant responses across platforms is all about smart systems. A unified inbox like Meta Business Suite or Sprout Social lets you reply to all messages from one place. Automated replies or chatbots help with quick first responses, keeping engagement high even when you're not online. Turn on essential notifications to stay on top without getting overwhelmed. If you have a team, assign different platforms to different members. Saved replies for common questions save time, and checking in a few times a day keeps things running smoothly.
