If the vision of Quality is to proactive and lead the problem Solving efforts for the organization, they will be viewed as a strong Operations partner. In my opinion, this should be Quality Assurance instead of Quality control. QA personal in manufacturing lines prevent wastes and ensure that processing lines are operated according to set standards and prevent rejects or defect. QC is mainly sorting out defects from the lines which has already been wasted.

In my opinion what is missing now a days is healthy working environment in organisations contributing to higher attrition rates and this organisations infuse more and more money every year in developing a team who can perform and excel as per the requirements of the work and contribute through kaizens so organisations must focus and make efforts on retaining as much work force they can as eventually we need a team to implement all the hard technical terms and ideas shared.
