I’ve found that in order for me to stay on top of projects I need to do three things: 1) Focus on the most important parts of the project first. 2) I try to find tools and templates that can help me save time spent on formatting. 3). I check the work often to fix problems early rather having too much to adjust later.

If we are preparing for a training project with time constraints, then the module or preparation will not be as per standards or expectations. We need to devote good time & hyperfocus for designing the module. Post that doing a review will be of some use. We need to have time for preparation & also for review. Both may have to go hand-in-hand. But to have a good module preparation, we need to invest time, energy, knowledge & patience. It should be done in a hurry.
