A clear vision of CSR goals is always helpful while setting priorities. Focus on the end beneficiaries and the impact of the Project on them. Wonderful CSR Projects can be designed and implemented with limited resources if we start working with the beneficiaries in mind. Quality over quantity also matters. Focusing on smaller groups while having a lasting impact is a more sustainable goal. Develop short term and long term goals. Select the key areas and activities as per Schedule VII and allocate timelines and budgets for each of them.
