Encourage team members to voice their thoughts, ideas, and concerns without fear of judgment, and actively listen to their input. Establish regular check-ins or meetings to keep everyone informed and aligned, and be transparent about your own decision-making processes. Acknowledge mistakes and demonstrate accountability to show that honesty is valued over perfection. By creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels heard and respected, trust will naturally grow within the team.

The team needs to bond personally. This bond will bring about transparency. I will approach in two ways. I will take some specific initiatives like 'Daily Sunrise meeting' where everyone is expected to share the problems expected in the project, Weekly 'Failures sharing' meeting where the team members are encouraged to share failures. The rule is that no one can criticise. They can give 'feed forward' saying what are the new things that the other person can do. But, not feed back. I will also introduce Training where 'sharing' becomes the corner stone. The trainer will help the team members to share about their life. Gradually the trainer will take it very deep. When the team members share very openly about each other, they will bond better

Establishing transparency and integrity within a newly formed team is essential for cultivating trust. This objective can be attained through the clear articulation of individual and collective responsibilities, thereby ensuring that all members comprehend their contributions to the overarching goals. It is imperative to share information openly, acknowledge mistakes, and foster a culture of accountability. Consistency between actions and statements enhances integrity and dependability. Regular one-on-one and team meetings should be scheduled to address progress, challenges, and feedback. Additionally, it is vital to keep the team apprised of any changes, decisions, and organizational objectives.
