I focus on aligning strategies with business needs, suggesting a proof of concept if necessary. If conflicts persist, I consider expert insights and use a decision matrix for objective evaluation. Once a decision is made, I ensure the team aligns with it to maintain efficiency and progress.

I make sure everyone feels valued and understood, even when there are differing opinions.

We have to use the most efficient way and to resolve any issue, we cannot involve human feelings when deciding what's best. Ofcourse we can compare solutions, and express our opinions but most of the time decisions are based on numbers and data, if that proves anyone's point, and is suitable for the team then it needs to be implemented.
