I just realized that some things are out of my control. There are posts that I think are fantastic that just don’t seem to get traction. On the other hand, there are posts that I sometimes think away is the catch fire. One just needs to keep plugging away and stay on point and hope that your message is appreciated. You can’t take some post that don’t catch on as failure. Recognizing there is an algorithm with rules that play, and that such things as time of day or what is trending influence what is appealing is critical to recognize for your sanity!

while it’s important to track the metrics in order to grow, but we also need to make sure that we pickbthe right metrics. there are several instances where the metrics and the inputs are not related which might lead to waste of efforts. thus its also equally important to rightly choose the metrics according to your plan. pro tip: make sure that you dont obsess over metrics untill uour first 5 posts, coz that data would be quite in significant, yet keep improving from the feedback by your audience
