To use Humor effectively is essential to know the audience analysing their needs and goals , than you can start a process to empathize with this community through an effective communication.

Sharing laughter builds a connection. For internal audiences, this can mean building team spirit or camaraderie. It creates an ease in the atmosphere, reducing stress. Humor (if done well) can also break down barriers and make people feel more comfortable being their authentic selves. When coming from leadership, it can humanize them and make them feel more relatable to their employees. Creating content that is funny and relatable also increase effectiveness by making it memorable. People are also more likely to engage with something that is funny and entertaining then a standard informational message.

Some of the best ways to address dysfunction or challenging situations is through humor. Self-effacing comments often create a certain sense of vulnerability that engages and invites the audience to be more authentic and honest in their own mirror.
