What do you do if you're a project manager juggling multiple projects simultaneously?

When juggling multiple projects as a project manager, prioritizing is key. I assess each project's importance, deadlines, and impact. Then, I allocate resources accordingly, focusing on critical tasks first. Clear communication with teams ensures everyone understands priorities, helping us manage workload effectively and achieve success across all projects.

Task priorities are the key while juggling multiple assignments! Multitasking is good but but keep the room for delivery of the project without compromising its quality....

In my experience, Prioritization is key but there those projects that am running simultaneously and take a lot of time to be delivered and require alot of effort but are HIGHLY priotized. It is important to consider, time and effort as you proritize by setting the expectation first with the customer then gradually fit in according to TIME and EFFORT in your plan.

Let's not 'juggle' with projects.... When a project is serious a project manager manages the project. If juggling multiple projects is required to be done by one person, better to hire a magician, not a project manager.
