Your team will define your success, so pick wisely and carefully. Some of the most successful people in the music industry are like this because of their team. So a dream team will consist of multiple different roles a manager, a lawyer, financier etc. But the key thing is you must share the same goals and vision. Attitude vs Skills. I've always known that people with the attutude it takes far exceed the people who tend to have the skills to play an instrument, mix and master, record...etc etc. Like I said before with finding talent. Its about their attitude for me. You can teach anyone a skill, they can even learn it themselves. What you can't teach is how they will reapond, and what they will do about challenges. Of course you can guide any person towards having a diamond coated attitude but when push comes to shove no one can fake an attitude that wins.
