Before even considering a new library, think if you actually need a library at all. Modern Javascript and the DOM-API might have more features than you are aware of. There are also very tidy and simple wrapper-libraries for more "verbous" things. Depending on the use case, it might also be worth implementing the desired functionality yourself. Don't worry too much about "reinventing the wheel". While it is not always the best option to implement something (advanced) by yourself, it can still be very worthwhile because a) you learn something, and b) you will know how your code works and may change and adapt it to your specific requirements.

I would say it completely depends on what you are trying to learn in either way you are learning so why does it even matters? Let’s say you want to learn React Then i would say it will be much better if you learn it from the official documentation because you can trust me on this it’s one of the best documentation and tutorial i have every read. It’s designed in a way for new people to learn it, the only thing you need is the willingness to read the entire documentation and try what you are reading simultaneously But This only applies to Good Documentation So just to summaries only watch video’s if and only if the documentation and tutorials is not written in a proper way, Otherwise There is nothing better than the documentation.
