Realizar reunión inical con todo el equipo, donde cada uno exponga su visión. Levantar los puntos criticos, y aquellos que generen divergencia se analizan en profundidad. Se establecen acciones para sumar información respecto a esos puntos críticos. Y se establece una proxima reunión

Am Ende werden alle Ideen zusammengeführt, alle positiven und negativen Aspekte der Ansätze herausgearbeitet und damit ein neuer Ansatz gefunden, der ans Ziel führt und alle Teammitglieder im Prozess mitnimmt.
