I disagree to some extent. There is still the personal interaction between tenant and agent. Property Management is complex. As an example in Australia each state and territory has its own legislation AI can’t issue notices if the breaches are unknown. AI can’t replace getting the feel for a prospective tenant. It can’t determine their personality as personal interaction is required. Many admin task AI could be beneficial however invoices, lease documents, legislation, serving breach notices, physical inspections, interaction with landlords still requires communication. Each property is different and repairs or modifications have to be approved by the landlord. AI will never replace the need for collaboration and ongoing conflicts.

I would think the emerging technologies is not disrupting the property management system market for corporate real estate. In facts, i think is helping the PMS market. Nowadays, the technology boosts the productivity, cost and time saving as well as the efficiency of human activities.
