Different countries have different cultures, so the way you “follow” your customers can be different too. Timing can be an important factor. But in my opinion, creating a "link" with the customer, contacting him just to give him information, without necessarily having an ulterior commercial motive, is the basis. Create a link and end up being the person he'll call when he has a question, so he'll call you and not someone else. Personalize your approach, don't be generic, show empathy and listen. Take an interest in the person you're talking to, what they're doing, what they're going through, what they need.

To follow up with potential clients without being pushy, focus on consistency, value, and respect for their time: 1. Provide Value First – Share industry insights, case studies, or solutions tailored to their needs rather than just pushing a sale. 2. Time Follow-Ups Wisely – Space outreach appropriately, following their engagement cues instead of overwhelming them. 3. Make It Personal – Reference previous conversations and highlight how your solution fits their goals. 4. Use Multiple Channels – Combine emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls to stay visible without being intrusive. 5. Offer an Easy Out – Allow them to opt out gracefully, keeping the relationship open for future opportunities.
