Finding the corporates having similar line of interest with adequate CSR budget is the important work. If you are able to do it. Then the rest of activities will line up one by one. Your clarity on the project, the cost effectiveness of the strategies and the replicability and expandability will be core qualities.

Toda empresa já nasce com o foco na responsabilidade social, pois todo empresário tem o desejo de gerar emprego e renda. Mas desenvolver soluções que ampliem essa responsabilidade tem sido o foco da Rota da Turismo. A alguns anos o importante era apenas gerar emprego e renda nos pequenos municípios, mas com o conhecimento do setor percebi a importância de criarmos um turismo responsável para não terminarmos como as cidades turísticas estrangeiras que hoje está boicotando a chegada dos turistas em massa. Hoje nosso foco é apresentar ao turista conectado a importância do turismo de experiência a sua responsabilidade social, ao conhecer a cultura e gastronomia do lugar e como é fantástico ajudá-lo a ganhar dinheiro através do seu trabalho.

I’ve found that running a business well (profitably, will happy customers and employees) and finding ways to give back tends to be more effective than pursuing business and social good (as distinct from the inherent social good of doing business well) tends to dilute effectiveness.
