The major problem is often not the posting itself. It is more getting the content prepared. As soon as it's there, you can post it on multiple platforms, often with minor changes or adaptions only. If you want to do it seriously, you can also use a supportive app to play all the different platforms. It's still a lot of work and you really have to be passioned about it. Having a plan helps often to stay consistent in the posting. Also to leverage the different topics and media formats. So you can build up a pile of different stories in your warehouse and just pull the right trigger to be online in time.
