But here I make sure to put forward my opinion that also doesn't harm others. It may not be suitable for some and that's okay. But in the end it needs to be answered with honesty and sensitivity.

It is necessary to always validate your follower's questions; it simply means validating their feelings. Be curious to understand why you were asked the question. This gives your followers a sense of importance and everyone loves to stick where they are valued. Be clear and honest in your answers, you maintain integrity. Always remember to engage and not snub.
