To ensure the smooth functioning of an application, I will first orient students and parents about its workings and structure. In case of any errors or issues, we will promptly reach out to identify the best possible solutions. Regular updates will be provided regarding any changes to the application. Additionally, a systematic workflow will be in place to ensure that all users of the EdTech platform can navigate it without difficulty and can easily reach out to us for support at any point of contact.

This is very common as each user is unique but most of time the feature of edtech platforms is focussed first then on content and operations of running the program. So to tackle this multiple strategy can be used 1. Personalised content based on expertise. We did this by creating separate fundamental modules which can be skipped by person who has expertise in same. 2. One-o-One mentoring to understand users need more specifically and provide guidance. 3. Test the features and change them to understand whether they are actually required.

Gradual implementation with supportive prompts so users are not left guessing how to navigate the platform, ongoing support wether live, or through a help portal & feedback mechanisms that allow adjustments, ensuring a smooth transition while addressing diverse learner needs.
