It is important to always remember your successful projects and successes. When a client sets a global goal, deep down he hopes for quick success. This does not always work out. That is why it is important to divide the global goal into smaller ones so that the client can see his results. In this way, the client will see that he has success in this direction, and a reminder of past successfully achieved goals will motivate him even more.

In my approach, the journey of change begins with mindful, need-based thinking. Here’s how to navigate discrepancies without resistance: 1️⃣ Encourage Thought Awareness: Help clients observe their thoughts without judgment to uncover patterns of resistance or doubt. 2️⃣ Shift to Need-Based Thinking: Replace issue-based thoughts (“I’m stuck”) with empowering ones (“I want to grow”). 3️⃣ Collaborate on Thought Goals: Co-create affirmations aligned with their values, like “I am capable of overcoming challenges.” 4️⃣ Reflective Listening: Clarify their thoughts to ensure alignment with goals. Change starts in the mind. Empower clients to embrace transformation confidently.
