Any project, Conceptualizing to execution needs varied expertise. I consider that any project execution is a true combination of science, Humanities, Commerce, psychology and philosophy. Normally, everyone wants to fit in and rather leaders/managers want to place his/their teams under two categories only. 1.Science: Engg and Technology 2.Commerce: Finance, regulatory, SCM etc Thus, EI component remains nissing. Therefore, teams having varied intrinsic motivations can be well-knitted by engaging them in other areas as well, as I referred. The feedback on mood, energy & performance through other members enagaged in other 3 segments, will be an extra strength for the leader to enhance EI level of the teams, assuring the best performance.
