Avant l'avènement des Ransomwares, les SI des PME avaient tendance à être laxiste sur l'utilisation des outils informatiques par les collègues. Mais le travail n'est pas la maison ! Il existe déjà des règles définies par la direction telles que "ne pas venir en short" ou "être présents sur certaines tranches horaires". Les technologies actuelles permettent de ne plus dépendre d'outils qui peuvent provenir de l'extérieur telles que les stockages amovibles. Je dirais donc qu'il ne s'agit pas de restreindre, mais de mettre à disposition uniquement les outils/ accès nécessaires à la bonne réalisation du travail de mes collaborateurs.

La mise en place d'un pare-feu est devenu le minimum en matière de réseau informatique. Le prix n'est plus non plus une limite puisque, par exemple, un fortigate 40F peut être acquis pour 400€. Deux pare-feu cascadés, de marques différentes, n'est plus non plus une solution réservée aux banques / infrastructures disposant de données sensibles. Les Vlan, les NAC et autres solutions de gestion des accès sont également essentiels pour un SI "serein". Un attaquant ne va donc pas forcément se concentrer sur une faille "zero day" , mais surtout l'exploitation d'un oubli, d'une erreur de paramétrage voir d'une malveillance d'un ancien salarié mécontent. Il est donc important de définir les processus, mettre à jour les doc et de bien les suivre !

Par contre, l'informatique n'est pas une démocratie : il est important d'appliquer les mises à jour, même si les utilisateurs ne sont pas d'accord : il en va de la sécurité de l'entreprise ! Bien sûr, une politique judicieuse doit être définie, telle que le déploiement des MAJ sur quelques key user en premier et/ou déployer sur la moitié du parc une semaine après la mise à dispo puis une autre moitié deux semaines après... Bref, ça se défini avec l'équipe concernée). Mise à jour des postes une fois par mois, voir plus en cas de faille. Mise à jour des équipements infra (firewall / switchs) au moins une fois par an, voir plus en cas de faille. MFA obligatoire ou au moins authentification passwordless.
