Tailor My Resume: I customize my resume to emphasize relevant skills for each job. 4. Show Enthusiasm: I express my eagerness to learn and grow in the role. 5. Network: I connect with others in the industry to gain insights and build relationships. These steps help me stand out to employers despite my limited experience.

Everyone has limited work experience at first... 𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐲, 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐬 at this stage in our career. Hiring managers usually appreciate that we lack experience, so it really comes down to attitude and a willingness to follow directions. Transferable skills can be demonstrated by showing common sense, a sense of humor and a little bit of humility so that we come off as emotionally intelligent.
