With permission from coaches during the session, AI can record, transcribe, and produce the journey in each session (because it is not copy and paste with each client), making it fast and easy for coaches to compile useful approaches and for clients to capture key thoughts and takeaways they discovered during each section.

That is amazing. AI helps the customer to get evidence based input and not only opinion. Now we can shift more to train and rehearse events. AI supports the coaching process greatly!

So the coach can help you to translate and integrate it to your personality.

Engaging in online forums and joining professional coaching associations also helps me keep up with the latest developments. I also keep an eye on other technological innovations like virtual reality and augmented reality to explore new ways to enhance coaching effectiveness.

Do both. True coaching requires a relationship. It will be a long time before AI can read cues around tone of voice, body language, consistency, or progress on the work that was discussed last time. Yet great coaches focus on people, not data. So leaning into AI to help a coach and coachee spot some opportunities around sentiment in the team, or actual working practices and results can be real. Furthermore, nudges can help you to be present and access all the great support from your coach at a time that it is needed. It may also allow you to deploy light coaching to a wider team. That could reinforce coaching competency through teams. It could also highlight your high potential talent who are ready for a real coach.

Ignore it completely. AI and powerful executive coaching literally have nothing to do with one another. - Show up. - Serve folks powerfully. - Stop worrying about AI. If you’re truly excellent at your craft, you have nothing to worry about.

AI is going to transform many industries and we have to embrace it, just like with any new technology and innovation. As with disruption, it brings new opportunities. AI can take over all more time consuming tasks like admin, scheduling and with richer access to data, analytics and metrics, coaches can now leverage deeper data driven coaching practices. It adds a layer of depth that coaches may not currently have access to. While AI can also provide recommendations, the human touch will still extremely valuable when it comes to body language, being a human mirror to the client. AI can also help scale the coaching business as the business model will likely shift with technology. Human coaches equipped with AI technology is here to stay.

The notion of coaching, especially when it comes to executive coaching, is highly personalized and often situation-driven. Executives usually work one-on-one with a coach who tailors the coaching based on the executive’s needs. More often than not, the process involves behavioral changes or learning new practices and/or competencies. In my opinion, the application of AI may not be the best idea.

BE HUMAN. AI has it's values to some degree, but if you're working with someone in the EC space they're likely working with you because they believed in YOU and what you bring to the table.. not an AI bot or survey.
