What is acceptable to all accept that as minimum, add average of maximum and minimum to it. Try to get consensus to that point. For growth it should be always positive and the pace of growth should also be at increasing rate. Regards

As I always advocate for, continuous collaboration can resolve most common stakeholder issues. Concerning conflicting vision, the best way of collaboration is to gather all stakeholders who have conflicting vision in a workshop to discuss all different points of view transparently. To support the workshop, the BA has to prepare himself/herself with all relevant data that could support decision making in order to be able to lead the workshop effectively and facilitate decision making for eventually reaching consensus on the project goals.
