A passive candidate isn’t looking for your services. They don’t need you today and the more you push the faster they will generally fade or run away. We’ve all been there. So instead of selling a job sell your relevance towards their career & future in the workplace. Investing time to save time down the road per se while also being a valuable marketplace beacon for them. What can you offer someone that won’t hit a sales board tomorrow? What can you offer or do to help and be relevant enough for someone to recommend you to their colleagues? Don’t sell. Meet, learn, guide, rinse and repeat. ☮️
