Según mi experiencia "la vigilancia de los ecosistemas de humedales" lo realiza la sociedad (pero esta afirmación es muy general y con falta de responsabilidad o esta puesta en terceros o un ente abstracto). Entoces la siguiente pregunta o derivada es quién realiza la vigilancia.... esto nos impulsa a pensar en EL ESTADO, UN SERVICIO PUBLICO, UN GRUPO DE PERSONAS CERCANO, UNA ORG, NOSOTROS..... en consequence una de las primeras escalas que desarrollaría es para quién o quiénes generariamos dicha información espacial y temporal y que tipo de información le sería útil a ese ENTE QUE MONITOREA para una correcta vigilancia. Mi experiencia me indica que cada entidad valora distintos componentes de territorio a proteger o vigilar.

When demonstrating overlap, it is important not to use solid, opaque symbology for all overlapping layers. When conveying to your audience the overlap of, for example, wetlands and protected areas, it would be wise to have at lease one layer be dashed, dotted, or slightly transparent to see the layer below for the sake of clarity.
