Juggling multiple project deadlines requires effective time management and prioritization. Start by listing all projects and their deadlines. Break each project into smaller tasks and set interim deadlines. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Use a project management tool (like Trello or Asana) to track progress. Schedule focused work periods, minimizing distractions. Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to manage expectations and address issues promptly. Finally, review progress frequently and adjust plans as needed, ensuring flexibility to accommodate changes while staying on track.

In construction we usually use the Project as a programming tool to schedule the deadline and completion of a building, but that Project is usually focused on tasks or activities. But in every project there are three main activities, labor, equipment or machinery and materials, so in my experience we must have a Project for each of these activities, which will allow us to control and effectively monitor each of the resources to be able to meet the goal within the established deadline.

What isn't mentioned is building a team culture. Everything here is focused on how to manage the people of a project, but not about how to include them in a project (except to give them work and track that work). If you can't build a team that feels like they're a part of the project, or see how it contributes to organizational goals, it probably won't be a success. Most teams already have too much on their plate, so saying buzz words like "priority" is just another day in their world. Leaders need to get involved and build a realistic road map, and involve the whole team when a change is made.
