Unfortunately getting early adopters is a real challenge. When I worked in #edtech, I strived to seek out low cost/free tools. One on ones also are a big help. When it comes to group workshops, it seems that unless it’s mandated by administration, facility are not doing it, even virtually. To sum it up, a combination of group demos and one on ones work best but it’s the challenge of incentivizing faculty to get on board.
