To measure it's impact, you need to first mention what projects you've done before. This is to show the amount of experience you have in doing projects. You need to then mention how many departments or teams were involved in this project. This is to show that you are able to navigate through complicated projects. You need to also highlight any awards or achievements you have because of these projects. This is to show that you're able to succeed even in such tough projects.
