Ask for advice for landing the role you want (use titles), and ask what coursework THEY took that helped them get their first job in the field. Tell them about YOUR coursework, and ask "Which are most relevant to each of the main tasks of the job I'm aiming for?" They most likely held that job earlier in their career. Then in your Experience section, highlight only achievements in each role (internship or similar) AND the skills you used. This way of tying together coursework AND achievements AND skills, shows your employability. Starting with those professionals who have jobs you'll one day be shooting for gives your resume the validity it needs right now.
