A culture of efficiency must be created, working hard is not sufficient if not done efficiently. Thus, the use of technology to maximize efficiency is of the utmost importance. All staff must be adequately enabled, and thus trained and given opportunities to enhance their technology abilities and usage. Knowledge is good only when put in use to serve us well. Identifying the needs of each at the practical level is important and this must be followed by setting learning targets which must be followed up on. Checking on how staff perform their tasks gives an excellent insight into the needs.
