With implementation of Agile Methodology, and sorted priorities with MVP in mind, sprint iterations can be planned. As each Sprint iteration goes ahead, a stable output would make sure of Goals being achievable and any blockers to affect those. Not all the requirements are set in stone for most of the projects, but with base idea of implementations, things can progress towards the best outcomes, as long as proper planning is done ahead of development.

I would say set OKR and KPI. Adopt agile methodology. Example you can use jira to create and track your tasks. Keep tracking with other stuffs like meeting notes etc to track exact requirement.

Prior to diving into coding, it's essential to establish clear objectives and metrics for success. Define project goals and scope, breaking them down into manageable tasks. This approach aids in prioritization, resource estimation, and preventing scope creep. Utilize task management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira for efficient task tracking and milestone management, ensuring project alignment with objectives.

Version Control - Irrespective of a project's size, complexity, using a version control is a must. Usually I go for "Git" with "Github". Code Editor - It can depends on team's preference per the language. Default will go for Visual Studio Code. DevOps - If we want to integrate, CI/CD, I will choose to dockerize the system (Mostly required for a mid to high scale applications), and the provider will define for Kubernetes usage as well. Provider - Depends on scale of users and operational requirements, it can be AWS, GCP, Azure, with a good combination of various services.

One of the most important things is to make sure that there are proper communication channels. One of the best communication channels that I have multiple organizations implement is Microsoft Teams. It is very easy and beginner-friendly to use.

Communication and Ownership: Encourage team members to flag issues early and own the solutions where possible. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Hold regular retrospectives to analyze what works well and what could be better.
