Mudanças de última hora tendem a exigir esforço extra de pessoas do time. Esse esforço precisa ser entendido, reconhecido e recompensado. É importante também tomar cuidado extra com os papéis, responsabilidades e espectativas. Pior que não ter a adesão do time é ter uma falsa sensação de adesão. Especialmente quando não há mais margem de manobra ou espaço para erros.
