Things to focus on primarily, but not limited to: --> Devs should review design and mark it as 'good to start' before beginning development, as this helps smooth out changes due to limitations or other factors. Similarly, the development work should be reviewed by designers to ensure the UI/UX behavior aligns with expectations. --> Stand-ups help keep all in sync across the team. If stand-ups are not held, ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders and posting updates can bridge gap and keep everyone aligned. --> Maintaining progress of tasks in project management allows team to stay informed about current status, helping them understand each other's work and plan accordingly. On top of these, a PM in action always maintains a delicate balance.

Regular Check-ins and Standups: Via Teams, Webex Daily or weekly sync meetings between dev and design teams ensure that both sides are aligned on progress, blockers, and expectations. This is crucial for keeping things on track.

I would love to add a developer's view on this. I have honestly had a love for design when I started off my in-depth knowledge and interest with CSS3. I feel the design for enterprises products/softwares are usually taken with a basic approach and don't bring many innovative aspects. But, when they do come with innovative/modern newer aspects-the view of how it can be developed is never thought of! Thus, arising in gaps. Hence, I feel when stakeholders convey the feature development including designers and maybe the tech lead(round robin fashion- to have a tech represent) in regular rounds of collaborative discussions are the key to solve this dilemma! :D
