In my experience, personalized feedback fosters a stronger connection between employees and their work. Recognizing individual contributions not only boosts morale but also creates a culture of appreciation. I've found that weaving feedback into everyday interactions, coupled with occasional formal recognition, establishes a positive feedback loop that fuels continuous improvement and a sense of accomplishment among the team.

Give recognition for small things. Acknowledge their hard work. Take the time to talk to them and get to know them as people. They are your most valuable asset.

A esto me refiero que exista claridad y que se cumpla lo indicado en la política de compensaciones y beneficios, préstamos, vacaciones, reclutamiento y selección, etc., que los ascensos sean por meritocracia, que exista un canal de comunicación con el líder de forma horizontal manteniendo el respeto y en donde todas las ideas sean escuchadas.
