so we at Bversity (online college for biotech) . we want to position ourself as the global leader in biotech education. My hypothesis was to bridge industry academia skill gap in biotech market. to kick start our hypothesis we started with 3 month online certified program and it didn't fit well in the market . so we realised there wasn't a proper PMF happening due to low sales and cash flow. we found out that 3 month skilling wasn't enough for a biotech student to get skilled professionally so we quickly iterated the Business model into a 1 year PGP course collaborating with some universities .So this sudden pivot requires a team to be very agile and productive.i tell my team to be super conscious and aware of the decision they take at work
