My primary focus has been liquid markets/energy markets but it applies to others as well. Knowing where one can "make up time" but shouldn't? Prep for handling next cargo, many rush when the key impact is not at load port but for disport. If rush and pass/clear to load but at disport will fail on cargo quality? Time "saved" can be quite costly to voyage end to end. Impacts can be for "that voyage" but needs/liabilities escalate to include "make-up/replacement cargo" & supply chain impacts. If a "delay" in prep means no issues overall? Clear, complete communication is key.

''Delivery reliability' has 'losses' as a category. In my experience 'losses' which are not caused by damages tend to be financial losses caused by demurrage and/or detention charges. As such the 'losses' category could perhaps go under the 'Deivery cost' category.
