As a founding entrepreneur focus on getting the business to generate it's own positive cashflow as quickly as possible and be prepared to grow slowly to achieve that goal. I know a very successful business in the UK that was launched by 2 entrepreneurs 20 years ago. Unfortunately for them they kept raising money to push for growth and then were pushed out of their business when they were diluted to minority shareholders who couldn't meet new cash calls. Their idea is a great success, just not for them.
