Medir motiva y moviliza. Considero importante que a la hora de crear indicadores con propósito, busquemos estar alineados a los indicadores y herramientas de medición existentes. Algunas veces cuando te das cuenta, cada consultora o cada área tiene su propio tablero y un trabajador tiene que manejar más de diez estilos o medir lo mismo pero de manera diferente o reportarlo diferente y en ese sentido se rompe el objetivo de agilidad.
