This immersive experience not only enables users and client to perceive the spatial quality of the design firsthand but also provides valuable insights into wayfinding preferences and tendencies. In a metro project I have participated in, volunteers were engaged to virtually navigate the station layout during the design phase, ensuring optimal ease of use. In addition, perceptions of safety versus threat were surveyed to ensure a passive safety design was achieved. This collaborative approach proved instrument in enabling the team to make design adjustments before it was too late.

3D modeling for Environmental Design without location component is not complete in todays scenario. Capturing the real world with imaging and non-imaging techniques then developing its 3D model is more effective to achieve sustainability. Any method is effective for environmental design as far as spatial attributes are present there.
