They gave some specific advice on different benefits that may be of interest to you, but if you have no data to support your position - it's going to be a lot harder to convince someone to give you those benefits you're requesting, unless it's something that is commonly issued regardless. If you can say something to the effect of "Indeed.com shows this position receiving xyz salary amount for someone with my experience level" it will be really difficult for them to turn you down. If salary is non-negotiable, work toward other benefits that may be of use to you. In a negotiation this is called BATNA or Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement.
