How can you create reliable and error-free migration scripts?

While I agree with the "Lets document the hell out of the Migration Process" it also creates un-necessary noise. From my 15 + years of SAP and Application Landscape Migrations I think it is a priority that you first start with your customer/company goals/expectations. Have a clear understanding of : What you or your customer/company wish to achieve ? (Without knowing your customer or your company expectations you cannot plan anything) How can you achieve clear communication between you or your customer/company ? (For me the #1 problem in any migration process, early changes to a migration plan which upsets the following steps that were to be executed, that's why it is so important to keep the communication lines open)

Document every aspect of the migration process, including the objectives, steps, dependencies, and potential risks. This documentation serves as a reference for the migration team and helps ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the process.
