An Owner (employer) will find how much you can leverage his time. Meaning can you represent him for meetings, Client interactions etc. Or would you 'do' work only as per the JD (i.e. 9 to 5). Then in the former case, an employee can demand more salary. In the later case, industry standards would govern.
