Professor Simons and Collaborators Earn Grant Promoting Gender Equality in Resource Extraction

Professor Penelope Simons and her colleagues Sara Seck of Dalhousie University, and Areli Valencia and Jose Carlos Orihuela of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru have been awarded a grant for a project entitled “Closing the Gender Equality Gap in the Extractive Sector: The Role of Institutional and Normative Frameworks in Canada and Peru”.
