Information Technology Representatives (IT-Reps) provide their faculties and services with IT support. Together with Information Technology, they form the University’s IT team.

IT-Reps Listserv
Are you an IT-Rep?
- Do you provide or coordinate Desktop support (hardware and/or software) for your faculty or service?
- Does your job description reflect this responsibility?
If you answered yes to the questions above, you should be part of the IT-Reps listserv.
The IT-Reps listserv exists for two main purposes:
- It is used by Information Technology to brief the IT community about daily computing news and issues.
- It allows IT-Reps to share and discuss ideas, projects and general computing issues.
To become a member of the listserv, have your supervisor make a request on your behalf via the Service Desk request form or by contacting the Service Desk at 613-562-5800 extension 6555.
